In order to participate in the social development of the Egyptian society, Jur.dr Esmat El Merghany established the first orphanage at 8B El Sheikh Eleish street in 1997 and received (20) children who where aged around one year old.
There are now around (150) children to whom the Association provides the necessary services and care.

In 1999 the association established the second orphanage for children who reached one years old at 59 El layith street, El Zeitoun,Cairo Egypt

In 2000, the third orphanage was established in Heliopolis for girls at school age at No. 96 Amar ben Yaser, Heliopolis, Cairo Egypt

In 2001 the fourth orphanage was established in Nasr city for boys at school age at No. 14 Sanaa Street Abass el akkad, Nasr city

Holding regular workshop for foster parents/care givers to educate them about the needs and requirement of the children at the dvarious stages of their life.

A sewing workshop was established for self supporting mothers and single mothers with he aim to help them to earn their living for a better life.

The Association provides financial support for (500) orphan children outside orphanages, who live with their families in addition to (150) children in the above mentioned orphanages.
